Meet Eileen Fleer, APNP-C

Our founder and owner, Eileen Fleer, APNP-C has been helping bring out her clients’ inner beauty for the past three decades, but that isn’t where her story in wellness began.

Born in the northern suburbs of Chicago, Eileen would spend her summers as a youth vacationing at their cottage in Delavan and later to their summer home in Fontana just a short walk away from the sunny shores of Lake Geneva. It was all of those years that would eventually prompt her to move to the area permanantly much later in life.

Prior to moving to Lake Geneva, she worked as an RN in emergency medicine in downtown Chicago. Eventually she was blessed with 4 incredible children and during this time she focused most of her time on her family. It was during these years that she relocated to the the Lake Geneva area. Eventually though, she would return to the world of health in a new capacity, opening up ALC Medspa in Gurnee, Illinois.

After 20+ years of successfully leading the industry in cutting edge beauty and wellness treatments, Eileen decided it was time to branch out and begin a new venture serving the beautiful people in her wonderful community a bit closer to home. Since 2019, Eileen has kept her business boutique with a focus on providing individualized and specialized care to the highest standard possible.

Juniper is Eileen’s offering of her expertise and knowledge to the local community and it is her way of giving back to this wonderful place we call home, through her passion for making others feel good and look incredible.
